The Griffith University International Postgraduate Research Scholarship (GUIPRS) is available during the University’s annual Ph.D. and Master research degree scholarship application round.

Benefits / Financial Coverage of 600 Australian Scholarships

Griffith University International Postgraduate Research Scholarship will cover the following:

  • The GUIPRS covers tuition fees for the applicant
  • Provide Overseas Health Cover to the student for the first 42 months.

Duration of GUIPR Scholarship

The duration of the Master’s degree program in two years and three years for the Ph.D. program. A six-month extension may be granted to doctoral candidates in certain circumstances.

Eligibility Criteria for 600 Australian Scholarships at Griffith University

To apply for GUIPRS, the applicant must need to fulfill the following criteria:

  • Students from any Nation can apply for the 600 Australian Scholarships at Griffith University.
  • Australian Nationals can apply for domestic scholarships.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree while applying for a Master’s degree program.
  • Must hold a Master’s degree while applying for a Ph.D. program.
  • Excellent academic records.
  • Must be in Good health.
  • The scholarship will not be provided to those students who are in taking off a comparable award from Commonwealth association.

Applicants may only apply a maximum of two times in five years for consideration in the scholarship ranking and selection process.
