6. Personal Statement
7. CV
8. Two Recommendation Letters
9. Passport Copy
10. Physical Examination Form
11. Certificate of No Criminal Record (Police clearance Certificate, if required at the time of application)
12. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)
13. Acceptance letter (Optional)

Complete step by step process to apply for the scholarship

1. First, you Fill CSC online application form (Agency NO. 10487)
2. Fill Huazhong University of Science and Technology at university online portal
3. Upload all your required documents
4. No Need to send hard copy of the documents to university
5. Application fee is RMB 600 (The University will send bank details for fee submission after submitting of the application). Applicants shall pay the application fee of 600 CNY/100 USD in 15 days upon completing online application successfully by:
   √ Chinese bank card (China UnionPay)
   √ Alipay
   √ Wechat Pay
   √ International bank card (VISA/Master)
6. After apply, Check your status daily on portals.
7. The result will be announced at the end of June or early July
