5. Personal Statement (indicating your academic background, your personal statement or purpose of the study and your research proposal, not less than 800 words)
6. CV
7. Two Recommendation Letters
8. Passport Copy
9. Physical Examination Form
10. Certificate of No Criminal Record (Police clearance Certificate, if required at the time of application)
11. English Proficiency Certificate (IELTS is not Mandatory)

1. First, fill CSC online application form (Agency NO. 10611)
2. Then fill Chongqing University form at university online portal
3. Upload all your required documents
4. No Need to send hard copy of the documents to university
5. Application fee is RMB 400 (After submitting online application, you must pay the application fee).
